Barista / Cafe Supervisor

Ebru Evrim Ltd is looking for a **Café Supervisor/Barista** to join our team

- Manage daily operations of the café
- Create Barista quality coffees and drinks
- Ensure high quality standards are met
- Maintain a positive attitude towards customers and staff
- Work with other staff to ensure smooth café operation
- Handle credit card transactions accurately and promptly
- Assist in training of new staff
- Assist in daily inventory counts
- Assist in daily cleaning of the café including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing tables and counters
- Assist in daily cleaning of the kitchen including mopping, sanitizing all equipment, clean out trash, clean out all trash bins, sweep floors, etc.

**Skills Required**:

- Previous hospitality and Barista experience required
- Be personable and customer focussed
- Be confident handling customer queries and complaints
- Must be able to speak English fluently. Must be able to work independently both verbally and written on day to day operations.

Hours

Tues - Sat (8am - 3pm)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £8.51-£12.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekend availability
