Are you a hardworking individual with good communication skills and technical knowledge looking to join an established yet growing business in North Bristol?
Due to continued growth we are looking for a Helpdesk Team Lead to join the team. You will be supporting technical roll out projects and leading the team in resolving issues and queries.
**As the helpdesk team lead you will be responsible for**:
- Handover and pass any jobs that need actioned to the team and ensure progression
- Discuss day priorities with the team and identify any Hot Spots to monitor
- Spot-check to ensure progression and resolutions
- Working with teams across the business to resolve issues
- Managing the ticketing systems to ensure it is up-to-date in real time
- Improving processes and support their fantastic working environment
- Ad hoc projects and technical tasks
**You will have the following skills and experience**:
- You must have previous helpdesk/technical support experience
- Previous team lead/mentoring experience
- Confident communication skills both verbally and written
- Able to prioritise and work independently as well as part of a team
