**Director of Leeds Mental Wellbeing Service (LMWS)**

We are seeking an exceptional Director to lead our large mental health contract for Leeds Mental Wellbeing Service (LMWS).

This unique opportunity involves working across various partner organisations to lead the Leeds Mental Wellbeing Service leadership team in delivering high quality mental health services. The role plays a crucial part in managing the day-to-day operations, fostering partnerships, and ensuring the sustainability and growth of LMWS.

**What you will be doing as our Director of Leeds Mental Wellbeing Service**:
As the Director of Leeds Mental Wellbeing Service (LMWS), you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful execution of the LMWS contract. Your strategic visions, operational expertise, and strong leadership abilities will be instrumental in driving the contracts’ success. You’ll also ensure the delivery of exceptional mental health services across all our communities, and so securing the contract for the future.

**What we are looking for**:

- Post-graduate qualification to the Master’s level or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Proven experience is strategic operations management within mental health services or related field.
- Extensive experience in change management and program management.
- Sound financial acumen, with experience in budget management and resource allocation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration and building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Innovative and strategic thinking.
- Commitment to modernisation of services.
