**Warehouse Manager**

Are you an experienced Warehouse Manager or a Warehouse Supervisor looking to take the next step in your career?

IronMarket Talent are delighted to be partnering with a well-established and successful manufacturing business based in **Tamworth**. You will support the business moving forward on an exciting journey to achieve the next level of operational excellence.

As the **Warehouse Manager** you will take full ownership for company stock, inventory control and the effective and efficient receipt and storage of goods. Your key duties will involve the ERP systems, ensuring that Health, Safety, and Environmentalregulations are followed whilst ensuring optimum stock levels at all times.

**Main responsibilities of the role will include**:

- Take full accountabilities for all elements of goods in, stock management, control, inventory management and stock take processes.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure that goods are received and stored appropriately.
- Lead on the company stock levels and liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure on time ordering and delivery of stock.
- Liaise with suppliers and inbound transport companies to ensure the effective management of goods-in.
- Coordinate and monitor the receipt of goods.
- Ensure spare parts orders are picked and despatched in a timely manner.
- Ensure goods are packed in a safe and sustainable way and despatched in a controlled manner using our approved courier networks.
- Ensure quality, budgetary targets and environmental objectives are met.
- Keep stock control systems up to date and make sure inventories are accurate.
- Lead and develop companywide stock take alongside cycle counts.
- Prepare information and KPIs and report regularly to senior management regarding all elements of stock and inventory control, spare part delivery and despatches.

**Experience Required**
- Track record of warehouse management in manufacturing or similar environment.
- Previous experience manging inventory control processes, leading companywide stock takes, designing and implementing cycle counting processes.
- Experience using ERP systems
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent management, leadership and communication skills.

**Qualifications**
- IOSH Managing Safely - Desirable
- IoSCM Level 3 - Desirable
