Connaught Education is working in partnership with a highly successful and prestigious independent preparatory school for boys in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea to appoint a Senior School Progression Leader and member of the Senior ManagementTeam. The position in question is a full time, permanent contract scheduled to commence as of September 2023.

The role in question is designed to continue the schools proud record of sending its leavers to the top private senior schools in the country, the successful applicant will have responsibility for or involvement in the following areas:

- Progression to Senior Schools
- Strategy and development of the academic curriculum
- Examinations
- A reduced teaching timetable

The successful applicant will ideally have a strong teaching background in leading private schools and preferably have experience of leading a department, a strong academic track record is also desirable.

This is an opportunity to work with one of London's most highly regarded preparatory schools for boys and to be an integral part of their continued success.
