**Job Summary**:
KB Real Estate Management Limited is seeking a dedicated House Cleaner to join our team in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene standards of our residential properties along the south coast. As a House Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our properties are well-kept and inviting for our tenants.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general cleaning duties to uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards in assigned residential properties
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain pristine conditions
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, including furniture, fixtures, and equipment
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment
- Clear pathways and outdoor areas to enhance the overall appearance of the properties
- Report any maintenance or repair needs promptly to the supervisor

**Requirements**:

- Attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning practices
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions effectively
- Good time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment

**Nice-to-Have Skills**:

- Previous experience as a cleaner or janitor is preferred but not required
