**We are looking for a Support Associate**

Location: United Kingdom, remote

**What are your responsibilities**:

**What you bring to the table**:
You are highly motivated and have a passion for software, technology, customers, and problem solving. You have at least a high school diploma or equivalent and ideally have some relevant working experience in a (software) support role. It is important that you have excellent communications skills and are fluent in **English**, **both verbal and written. Because of your customer-centric attitude you are able to diplomatically deal with angry/irate customers.

Your strong organization skills ensure that you are able to prioritize, and you enjoy multitasking and excel in problem solving, assisting others and working under pressure. You enjoy working in a team and have a great professional attitude, working independently is therefore not an issue for you.
Also, you don't mind the fact that you will occasionally need to work outside of office hours if the technical issues requires that.
