- Proven experience in policy development, commercial strategy, or contract management, preferably in a government or regulatory environment.
- Strong understanding of commercial principles, contractual frameworks, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess complex issues and develop innovative solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Commitment to transparency, integrity, and accountability in policy development and implementation.
