**Position**: Senior Nursery Practitioner

**Hours**:Full time / Permanent / Mon-Fri / 35-40 hours

**Location**:Musgrove, Taunton

We are looking for a strong Senior Nursery Practitioner here at our lovely Tops Musgrove nursery, which is a fun and friendly nursery conveniently situated within Musgrove Park Hospital.

The 121 place nursery has easy access to a variety of local parks and recreation grounds; this allows the children to experience the outdoors as much as possible by taking part in regular trips, Football Fun and Tops Forest School sessions. The nursery run a number of extra-curricular activities including cooking school, Boogie Mites, yoga, meditation and much more

**About You**
- Are you a great example of a mentor and a leader that can lead a team of exceptional educators
- Support our ethos in providing a brighter, more sustainable future for children
- Can you maintain our consistent ‘Good’ and ‘Outstanding’ for all area of the nursery for Ofsted inspection
- Must be willing to ensure the daily operational management of the nursery whilst making mud pies, leading a team of creative geniuses and being a fantastic role model to others
- Ensure company quality and safety standard are maintained in the nursery at all times.
- With guidance from the EYFS; plan and implement engaging educational activities suitable for the age range of the children
- To be committed to the safeguarding of all children in the nursery

- You must be prepared to have a lot of fun in the workplace. Laughter is something you can expect to engage in for a large part of your working days.
