**The Supply Room**, a leading education recruitment agency, is currently on the lookout for a dedicated and passionate **Behaviour Mentor** to join one of our SEMH school based in **BS11.**

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a vital role in providing tailored support to students with complex needs, both inside and outside the classroom. Your duties will involve **implementing strategies to promote positive behaviour, enhance academic progress, and create a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.**

In return for your dedication, the pay rate for this role starts at an attractive **£90 per day, commensurate with your experience and expertise.** This is a temporary, long-term opportunity with the flexibility for trials to ensure a seamless fit between you and the school environment.
