Trainee Paraplanner

**Wealth management practice with a longstanding client bank of HNW clients who they provide a 5* technical financial planning service to have a rare opportunity within their Wimborne office.**

Due to upcoming progression within the business, my client requires a Junior Paraplanner to join the team work hand in hand with their Senior Paraplanner as they start their transition in becoming a Chartered Financial Planner.
- You will be carrying out suitability reports, conducting research and technical administration. You will be given 1 to 1 training and support from their Senior Paraplanner and also work very closely with the 2 advisers and administrative staff._

My client is looking for a longterm individual who would like to build a successful career within the practice, they will provide ongoing support and training with exams and also give a personal development allowance.

Starting salary £25k with a £500 payrise for each RO exam passed... (higher starting salary if you have already achieved some RO's)
- This is a predominantly office based position, with flexibility._
