Eich swydd newydd: Mae gweithwyr cefnogol yn trin pawb yn gyfartal a gyda'r urddas a'r parch maen nhw'n ei haeddu: byddwch yn chwarae rhan hanfodol wrth ddarparu cefnogaeth sy'n gwella'r gallu i reoli tasgau dyddiol a galluogi pobl i brofi byw a phenderfyniadau annibynnol.

- Cynllunio a chymryd rhan mewn gweithgareddau

Previous experience working in the Care industry is preferred but not essential, as training can be provided.

Your new job: Support workers treat everyone equally and with the dignity and respect they deserve: you'll play a vital part in providing support that improves the ability to manage daily tasks and enable people to experience independent living and decision making.

Your role is to:

- Support people in achieving their goals and ambitions
- Planning and engaging in activities
- Make a positive contribution to the lives of others
- Prompting and/or supporting personal care
