**About us**
At Vertu BMW Teesside we are looking for a Service Administrator to join the team

We are offering a basic salary of £22,000 plus company benefits

**About the Role**
The general duties of the role include: ensuring Service work undertaken on the vehicle meets brand requirements, submission of all invoiced jobs, calling customers and helping with queries and assisting the accounts department with the service payments.

In addition to this, it will involve maintaining professional and positive working relationships with all dealership and manufacture managers and colleagues, assisting in the effective administration of the Service Department and updating estimated costs of repairs by following the vehicle health check process.

You will also prepare all jobs for invoicing, processing Warranty claims and assist Service advisors with administration duties as and when required.

**About You**
For this role, we are looking for someone who has experience in administration, data management, excellent organisation skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Motor Trade experience would be beneficial.
