We are looking for Christmas Hosts to join our Mono Brand Boutiques in the newly opened Battersea Power Station.
Christmas is a very busy time in the retail world. Whilst our watch specialists are busy sharing their knowledge and expertise we are looking for Hosts to provide a friendly and welcoming first impression to clients as they enter the store. Whether it's meeting and greeting clients, booking of appointments, wrapping, and boxing purchases or assisting with client collections you will be providing assistance to the in-store Sales Consultants as and when required and ensure that the store is orderly and clean during this peak trading period.
**About You**
- Meeting and greeting clients in a positive and friendly way
- Making clients feel welcome on entering and browsing the store
- Offering and serving refreshments
- Establishing client needs and managing any potential waiting times
- Assisting the Sales Team in order to streamline the sales processes - for example, wrapping or boxing purchases or processing the sale
- Assisting or completing the process of client collection orders (click and collect purchases)
- Assisting in the maintaining of excellent in-store standards
