**About You**:
To be considered for the role, you’ll need:

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to see tasks through to completion
- Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills
- Confidence in IT, including Microsoft software such as Excel and Word
- Strong time management skills with ability to deliver to deadlines
- Ability to manage and prioritise workload
- An organised and methodical approach to work

- Ability to work under pressure, to tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment
- Strong intercultural skills
- Experience working with students in higher education settings (desirable)

**Main Responsibilities**:

- End-to-end management of test administration, including client onboarding, test scheduling, issuance of results reports/preparation of certificates
- Providing support for test takers and maintaining accurate records of test details
- Working with the Product Director to assist with the organisation and management of a range of short, medium, and long-term projects or business-as-usual activities requiring test administration
- Supporting graders (onboarding, invoicing, responding to/escalating queries)
- Dealing with enquiries and providing customer support for client organisations and test takers
- Assisting with record keeping, meeting management and minute-taking
- Assisting with research and monitoring competitors and market opportunities
- Assisting with development and distribution of promotional material
- Other responsibilities as assigned by the Product Director
