An exciting opportunity has arisen for an inspirational, passionate, dynamic and innovative senior nurse to join our fantastic team as Matron for Cardiovascular Medicine within Integrated Medicine. This will incorporate cardiology, stroke and neurology nursing across all sites including the community.
We are looking for an exceptional individual who is passionate about leading the team to deliver safe, effective clinical care to patients thus making a positive difference to the patient's experience. As Matron you will ensure that all services are delivered in line with agreed performance, financial and government objectives whilst ensuring the workforce are professionally led and managed in order to develop a highly motivated and empowered teams.
This is a key role to help us develop our future services as care moves close to the patient in their community and as acute and specialty services are further developed. Clinical leadership is central to our future models of care and redesign of clinical care pathways. If you can rise to this challenge, then we want to hear from you.
Applications are welcome from Registered Nurses and Allied Health Professionals with the relevant experience for the Cardiovascular Medicine Matron post.
This is a permanent full time post, working 37.5 hours per week.
