Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter to join our team. As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a crucial role in supporting our kitchen operations and ensuring a clean and organized work environment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for hospitality and culinary arts to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting.

**Duties**:

- Assist the kitchen staff with food preparation and cooking tasks as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area
- Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans by hand or using dishwashing equipment
- Keep the kitchen floors, surfaces, and equipment clean and sanitized
- Dispose of trash and recyclables properly
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries
- Follow all safety and hygiene protocols

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality environment is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Ability to work well within a team
- Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
