Legal Executive

We are recruiting for a Legal Executive for a respected firm with offices throughout Yorkshire and Lincolnshire.

This role will see you handle wide variety of Agriculture and Commercial Property matters. Experience in this area is essential as is drive, determination and ambition.

**Key Duties**
- Liaising with clients and third parties
- Managing cases in a range of areas from start to finish
- Business development
- Working as a team and on own initiative
- Compliance and participation in Client Care Policy, Risk and File Management

**Knowledge Requirements**:

- Firm’s Mission Statement, objectives and procedures
- Client Care and Risk Management Policies
- Law Relating to field of Practice and related procedures
- Code of Professional Conduct of Solicitors

- Drafting and presentation
