**Global Regulatory Associate - GEM**
**Slough, Berkshire**

As a Regulatory Operations Associate GEM you will be working with stakeholders across the business to support and prepare documents in a timely manner that are required to support regulatory dossiers and regulatory compliance for nutrition, hygiene and health products.
**What you will be doing**:
- You will Manage and complete license renewals and new licenses; review and update technical dossiers as required
- Proactively identify new expansion / roll out opportunities and subsequently define regulatory strategy and work with partners to execute in a compliant manner
- Utilize, manage and maintain regulatory systems and trackers daily
- Work collaboratively with project teams in order to drive delivery of regulatory strategies and GEM projects
- Key personal attributes:
- Drive for actions, results, entrepreneurial and self-motivating
- Strong communication skills both written and oral
- Capable of building strong working relationship
**You will succeed because**:
- You will have a desire to learn and a curiosity and vision to introduce and implement new legislation within Reckitt
- Be able to support the building and execution of writing regulatory strategies and communicating to key stakeholders the necessary implementation plan.
- You have a good understanding of global product development and maintenance for Reckitt products, rules, regulations and guidelines current and emerging impacting dossiers/regulatory file maintenance.
- Ability to deliver to time and quality standards in a high-pressure environment.
- Demonstrates courage and empathy and work collaborative cross-functional, through change by adopting a growth and compliance mindset.
- You have curiosity and appetite for exploring new and previously unchartered territories and an openness to change with ability to think out of the box
