A really exciting opportunity to work in a rewarding industry for a well known construction company who are looking for a Concrete finishing foreman to work on residential projects in London and the south east. MUST have Concrete Finishing experience and full UK Driving licence. Would suit a gang of 3 *Please note labourers and finisher's on slightly lower rate than foreman**

**Key Skills and Knowledge**
- Full understanding of all aspects and responsibilities of a Concrete Finisher
- Good general understanding of concrete associated works
- Ability to place concrete by hand or pump
- Ability to level and vibrate concrete
- Experience of tamp float and power float finishes
- Capable of carrying out remedial works
- CSCS card Green or CSCS skilled worker Blue operative card

**Hours/Pay**
- Monday - Friday
- £20 per hour (for foreman)
- £19 per hour (for finishers)
- £18 per hour (for labourers)
- PAYE or CIS
- 08.00 - 17.00
- Working in London and the South east

**Requirements**:

- Valid Blue CSCS Card essential
- Good team working ability.
- Methodical and structured approach to problem solving.
- 2 years experience
