Seeking to grow and further strengthen our position as a leading specialist bathroom adaptations provider in an ever-competitive marketplace, we are looking to attract high-calibre bathroom fitters, who can help contribute to our ongoing success and become members of our team.

**Description**:We are looking for highly skilled, experienced and qualified bathroom fitters / plumbers.

Not only must you be highly proficient in your trade, with a keen eye for detail and taking pride in what you produce, but you must have excellent customer service skills, We have built a great reputation for the quality of work we produce and the service levels we provide, and everyone has a part to play in maintaining this.

You will be expected to work either as part of a team or independently, undertaking bathroom adaptations across the region. We employ additional supplementary trades, such as joiners, electricians and floor layers, but equally we encourage the development of an individual’s skills and attributes, helping you become more multi-skilled.

We have got to where we are today, owing to the hard work, diligence and commitment of our workforce, and whoever joins us in this post, has to share a similar outlook and approach.

These are full-time, permanent positions, based at our offices in Dunston, 40 hours per week from 07:30 - 16:00, with a competitive salary offered. Staff will receive a company vehicle, uniform, power tools, access to our pension scheme and service-related additional holidays.

**Person Specification**:

- be fully competent in plumbing, fitting sanitary ware etc
- hold a current UK drivers’ licence
- have good communication skills and be able to demonstrate empathy and understanding, with those we work with
- be punctual, whilst able to work to deadlines
- have a high standard of finish to your work, with pride taken

**Desirable**
- have experience of installing wall boards etc
- have experience of installing level access shower areas
- have basic joinery skills
- have experience of safely stripping out an existing bathroom
- be a problem solver and self-starter, overcoming issues as they may arise
