**You should**:

- Have a NEBOSH diploma or equivalent.
- Hold technical membership of the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health.
- Have a high level of communication skills and demonstrated ability to deal with all levels within the organisation and contracting community.

**You may also be**:

- Trained internal auditor (ISO or equivalent)
- Experienced in working within a manufacturing/operating environment.
- Comfortable in leading incident investigations/root cause analysis
