**Your new role**We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified secondary music teacher to join a fantastic school in Saltash for maternity cover starting at the beginning of June. This will be a full-time position from 8.30 - 3.00 pm covering KS3, KS4 and KS5 music. The positionis expected to run until 21/7/2023, after which, Hays will aim to place you in a new role if you desire. You will be working within a supportive and friendly school and you will have access to a team of education consults throughout your placement.
**What you'll need to succeed**You will need to provide the necessary documents required for our compliance process, which includes eligibility to work in the UK, recent teaching or placement references, teaching qualifications, and a recent proof of address. Experience teaching the BritishNational Curriculum is essential. We can help you obtain a new DBS if necessary, which you only pay for once in a role with Hays. Flexibility in this role is desired, including the ability to adapt your teaching techniques to suit the needs of your students.Demonstrating professional conduct at all times is essential, which includes adhering to all safeguarding policies.
