The commercial division of SF recruitment are currently recruiting for a highly respected client in North Leicestershire, who are currently going through a significant period of change and transformation.

They are looking to recruit a Compliance Administrator, this is a temporary opportunity which will be for at least 6 weeks; whilst working on a specific project within the quality team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for an innovative and creative business.

As Compliance Administrator your main responsibility will be to administer the day-to-day processes that deliver an effective service.

You will provide administrative support to the department in an efficient and positive way to maintain and improve business.
- Provide an effective and professional assessment service at all times for any required scheme, investigating all cases, risk assessing and escalation as appropriate.
- Record cases and follow company policy in giving timely updates to the parties involved.
- Review compliance and make appropriate recommendations based on findings.
- Assist with the administrative support and liaise effectively with all other staff members, inspectors and stakeholders to ensure effective compliance processes.
- To assist in progressing and investigating concerns received from any stakeholders.
- Effectively utilise a CRM database and Microsoft Office.
- Suggest improvements to case administration and the database where possible.

- Experience of working in a busy role.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels.
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise your workload.
