**Role**

Due to our continued success and growth, (we beat our yearly targets again) we are currently looking for an experienced RTA litigator and Team Leader. This role will be to join our Road Traffic Accidents department, managing a caseload while supervising 3/5 junior fee earners. You will have access to both secretarial and paralegal support to help you maximise your fee earning.

The caseload will be from cradle to grave and you will deal with all stages from portal to trial. Therefore, you must be an experienced RTA Litigator (4 years plus,) who really knows the entire process. Cases will be majority fast track but there will also be some multi track work from high quality non-CMC sources.

We are looking for a pragmatic and tenacious individual, who has a keen eye for detail but is always aware of the larger picture. A keen litigator who can lead their team from the front.

**Person Specification**
- Proven billing track record of handling a litigated caseload from cradle to grave.
- Genuine tenacity. Confidence in dealing with and using the CPR to win.
- Excellent client care ability, with a passion for achieving the best possible outcome for our clients.
- People management skills, able to offer strong supervision to juniors.
- Knowledge of Proclaim case management system.

**Salary, Hours & Benefits**
- A basic salary up to £40k, with a very generous commission scheme, paid monthly in arrears.
- Our standard working hours are 8:30am to 5:30am Monday-Thursday and 8:30am to 5pm Friday. There is a degree of flexibility which can be discussed at interview.
- 3/2 alternative working from home pattern staff after probation.
- 23 days holiday a year, rising to 26 days (3 days reserved for Christmas closure of the office)
