**Junior Financial Adviser - Boutique IFA firm - Guildford - £40k + bonus - Full training to be an adviser - given clients to manage**
Are you a Paraplanner or IFA Administrator with your level 4 diploma or perhaps 1 exam away and have ambitions to step into an Adviser role ASAP, are you looking to join an established boutique IFA firm looking to make the next step of your career move intoAdvising?
My client is a wealth planning firm with its main office near Guildford in Surrey. They operate on a whole of market basis across: pensions, investments, tax planning, protections etc with HNW retirees and families. They have grown the trust of their clientsover many years and grown organically via recommendation and referral.
A brand new role has become available for a Trainee /Junior Adviser. This role will be suitable for an Paraplanner who has completed their diploma or is very close to completion and is looking for the next step. You could be a Trainee Adviser who is attendingclient meetings or possibly you are a junior adviser who has been client facing for approximately 1 year and does their own paraplanning.
You will be working in a very dynamic and forward-thinking team who all have a progressive mindset and want to achieve at the highest level and drive the business forward and get the most out of their careers. he team have a "work hard play hard" mentality,they offer the highest level of service but then enjoy the social aspects with dinners and drinks as a team.
My client are looking to offer circa £40k basic salary with a generous holiday allowance, a variety of attractive benefits and support to your Chartered status.
