Job Summary

Moog Aircraft Group are currently recruiting for a Facilities Coordinator and Administrator to join the team on a 12 month fixed-term contract. This position works under the general direction of the Facilities Manager but will perform administration and coordination functions for the Facilities Supervisor and team across the Tewkesbury campus.

Within this role you will provide administration support to allow the team to maintain effective facility management and maintenance across the Tewkesbury campus including associated software systems. The Facilities Coordinator and Administrator will also coordinate and support the relocation of the aircraft group business including planning, inductions, induction materials and all associated processes and assessments.

Key responsibilities
- Coordinate the relocation of the AG business to the new facility.
- Coordinate and administrate employee inductions and events associated with the new building (e.g. opening ceremony).
- Generation of induction materials and welcome handbook.
- Coordinate, plan and administer the company workwear requirements.
- Coordinate, plan and maintain records of contractors visits and work on site.
- Coordinate and administer long term department contracts (e.g. cleaning, security etc).
- Undertake department procurement (via EPR system), validate invoices, and track progress of department capex projects.
- Update and Maintain the internal Sharepoint pages and maintain the relevant document libraries.
- Administer and maintain the facilities Computerised Maintenance Management System, ensuring work is prioritised and closed out efficiently.

Key skills and experience
- Excellent computing skills Excel, Word, PowerPoint. OneNote, Sharepoint
- Good planning and communication skills - both written and verbal
- Good organizational skills with process-oriented work methods and good typing skills.
- Ability to work at all levels in the organisation to support the facilitation of problem solving and resolution
- Basic understanding of engineering/manufacturing environments and facility maintenance
- Desirable skills in Adobe Creative Suite of products
- Experience using a Computerised Maintenance Management System or similar work scheduling software
- Experienced working in a Engineering/ manufacturing environment
