With over 1,800 students and 75 academic staff, the Department of Finance and Economics is an ambitious, large, and diverse Department within the Faculty of Business and Law. We deliver a wide range of courses covering undergraduate, postgraduate and commercial programmes. We also contribute to the university's portfolio of cutting edge research in areas of Applied Economics, Corporate Governance and Sustainable Finance.

Our team of academics have an excellent track record in industry collaboration, academic researchand innovative teaching and learning. We are looking for an experienced academic who will lead a team focused on contributing to our ambitious research and education targets. We want to further improve our graduate outcomes and reduce our award gaps. We want to increase our focus on funded research and publication of 4* outputs.
