**Associate Director Commercial Property - Huddersfield - Up to £50,000 + car allowance + bonus**

From offices in the city and town centres of West Yorkshire alongside satellite offices in key geographic locations, and with a team of over 50 dedicated colleagues, they are now looking to secure an Associate Director Commercial Property.

**What you will be doing**
- Management and running of the commercial property department in the firm’s Huddersfield office
- Manage and handle the sale and letting of properties and land to include providing marketing advice and reports, undertaking accompanied viewings, preparing marketing brochures and advertising literature, administering property portals, liaising with clients and prospective buyers/tenants and liaising with solicitors
- Undertake professional surveying work and duties to include rent reviews, lease renewals, rating appeals and schedule of dilapidations
- Value residential and commercial properties
- Value land (residential/commercial/mixed-use) to include the provision of development appraisals where applicable
- Undertake acquisition surveys for commercial and residential properties
- Take accurate measurements of sites and properties in accordance with the RICS Code of Measuring Practice
- Identifying opportunities for new business
- Providing a full range of commercial property agency, valuation and professional services on all commercial property types including industrial, offices, retail, leisure, etc
- Being initiative-taking in ensuring that legislative and compliance requirements are adhered to at all times across the department
- Undertaking HR duties, working in conjunction with any internal or external HR consultants to ensure correct protocol is followed

**What you will have**
- MRICS/FRICS qualified essential
- RICS Registered Valuer status
- Minimum of five years experience in Commercial Property
- Full UK driving licence
- Ambition to develop your career and build it with this business
