Our client, a renowned architectural firm, requires a Studio Assistant to work alongside the reception and facilities teams to help ensure the offices operate at a high level of comfort and safety throughout each working day. The studio assistant will bepart of the wider operations team.

Key Responsibilities
- Working alongside part time receptionist to be the first point of contact to all visitors, offering a personal greeting and assistance as required
- Communicate with teams and visitors alike, keeping them up to date with any last minute changes to meetings/visitors
- Assist with the security of the office and ensuring all visitors sign in
- Purchase items on behalf of the team/studio, in line with financial procedures
- Other administrative tasks as requested e.g. booking travel, couriers etc.
- Provide assistance and cover to the Bristol support staff, to enable them to fulfil their day-to-day responsibilities
- Manage meeting rooms, ensuring that meetings happen in the correct room, and any overrunning meetings or issues are dealt with swiftly, in liaison with the Team Coordinators
- Daily creation of the 'visitorslist’ for the Building Host
- Set up refreshments or equipment when needed in the meeting spaces
- Assisting the Studio Coordinator with H&S duties
- Carry out work experience inductions
- Responsible for supply and ordering of PPE
- Purchase items on behalf of the office, in line with financial procedures
- Ensuring milk and fruit delivery is brought into the office from main reception
- Maintenance walk around to check for issues and reporting back to Studio Coordinator
- Carry out minor repairs

**Job Requirements**
