**Technical Co-Founder**

**Product or Growth Marketing background would be advantageous**

We want a a Technical Co-Founder to take ownership for the execution of our technology strategy, this role is an extremely senior appointment for the business as you will be leading the product development and prioritising the features making sure they are commerically and logístically sound options for the business.

As our technology leader you will also lead on defining the product proposition working closely with our Investors, CEO, Engineers and Commercial Teams to ensure that features and customer requirements are clear.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with an entrepreneurial flair and track record of developing a platform product, who wants to embody the ownership for the technical side of an early stage startup solving real world problems.

**The opportunity**
- Lead the growth of the technical side to an early stage startup, through Product/Growth marketing and an expert knowledge of Technology to produce strategy, business cases and web/mobile and product expertise
- Own Product Development, working closely with current and potential customers
- Use the market to continuously improve our offering and specifically how we can how we improve our technicals
- Resdesign and lead the roadmap for our Mobile Application
- Lead technicial conversations and meetings with stakehodlers
- Lead the architecture of front-to-back and back-end solutions using technology such as; Javascript (React Native & Node), Google Cloud, IOT Systems, Python, Rasperberry, Big Query and Looker
- Lead, inspire and manage a internal technical team and work closely with external/off shore developers

**It would be great if you had**
- Leadership experience in an early stage startup
- Managed fast growing teams in a technology environment
- Previous experience with High level Technology Strategy and Management in a SaaS environment
- Previous experience with Software and Hardware (IOT)
- Agile/Lean Experience

**Salary**: £40,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
