Due to recent significant growth an exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate Director to join our People Operations team in the heart of Liverpool’s City Centre to head up our back of house recruitment activities nationwide. We are looking for a proven leader for a varied and fast paced role in a growing and exciting business. This person will report directly into the Company Directors and be a key member of the senior leadership team, leading directly and across our UK hubs/offices.
We need someone who wants to get involved and do the doing, build on our initial back of house foundations and take control of reviewing and developing the company’s contract catering operation.
You will ensure the company’s back of house operation is financially stable, whilst using your commercial, business and financial acumen to help develop the correct commercial strategy. You will work directly with the senior leadership team to support the long-term sustainability of the business and its continued growth.
We are looking for someone who is used to operating in a fast-paced organisation who enjoys the excitement of meeting tight deadlines and maintaining business continuity. A positive “can do” mindset is imperative in addition to demonstrable experience of leading a back of house and operations function within an SME environment / BOH staffing and recruitment agency.
