Haven Books have Vacancies for a:
**TELESALES ASSISTANT**

**3-5 Days per week (Approx 15-25 hours) - Days/Hours by Arrangement**

Duties include telephoning schools to offer viewing of children's book collections, and to contact customers to enquire as to retaining collections.

Applicants must:

- have excellent communication and listening skills.
- be polite and confident.
- be able to use their own initiative.
- be computer literate.
- enjoy liaising with customers and building relationships.
- have a positive attitude, show flexibility and be quick thinking.
- persevere with the ability to respect customers’ answers.
- be well-organised and thorough, even under pressure.
- desire to achieve within a target-driven team environment.
- acquire a good knowledge about all the company’s products and services.

Some sales experience preferred, however full training will be given.

This position is NORFOLK SCHOOL TERM TIME ONLY.

Part-time hours: 15-25 per week

**Salary**: £10.42 per hour
