We are seeking a dedicated and experienced
**Personal Assistant**
to provide comprehensive administrative support to a Director for a 3-month contract.
This role requires an individual with a proven track record in administration, secretarial support to senior management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and confidential environment.

Pay Rate: [PAYE] £15.04 per hour.

- Administration Experience: Demonstrated expertise in administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and efficiency within an office setting.
- Secretarial/PA Experience: Prior experience supporting senior managers with discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Experience in a Pressurized Environment: Ability to handle demanding work situations efficiently and maintain composure under pressure.
- Confidentiality Maintenance: Upholding the credibility and confidentiality of organizational matters is essential.

- Minute Taking: Skilful in recording accurate meeting minutes.
- Workload Prioritization: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, meeting deadlines efficiently.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Numeracy and Literacy: Proficiency in both numerical and literary tasks.
- Independent Work: Capability to work autonomously with mínimal supervision.
