**Job Summary**:
One of the UK’s most inspiring and best-known faith-based organisations, The Salvation Army HR Recruitment team is looking for a motivated, proactive, customer focused and highly organised **Recruitment Assistant** to join our busy team.

As our meticulous, driven and resilient Recruitment Assistant, you will work as part of the recruitment team assisting the provision of a streamlined recruitment function to stakeholders and managers. Ensuring the service we provide enables the effective recruitment and selection of high-quality employees.

As the Recruitment Assistant you will be required to provide high quality, fast responsive administrative support to the Recruitment Advisors and wider team by:

- Provide support to Recruiting Advisors throughout recruitment cycles for recruitment campaigns to employ talented staff at all levels across the organisation.
- Managing the pre-employment checks from start to finish to ensure a smooth handover to the HR On-boarding team.

**This is a permanent position and if working on-site, the primary site will be our Headquarters currently at 101 Newington Causeway, London SE1 6BN. Later this year we will be moving to our new, modern headquarters at Denmark Hill, London, SE5 8BQ. This exciting new building will provide a more effective workplace to help The Salvation Army better achieve its mission.**
