HR Co-Ordinator - Coatbridge, Scotland

**MAIN DUTIES**:

- Maintain and up-date Company HR records and personnel files.
- Dealing with Managers to ensure completed documentation is submitted for return-to-work forms, review forms etc and supporting with meetings of this nature.
- Working alongside the HR team with data collection activities, writing reports, presentations etc.
- Undertaking general administrative duties.
- Delivering and developing the company HR induction process.
- Supporting in Investigative meetings, Disciplinary Hearings and Grievance Hearings as required.
- Assisting in the maintenance of control of documents and records to ensure that they are up-dated annually.
- Supporting the learning and development of the teams and to review succession planning, identifying opportunities for resource needs and skills requirements.
- Liaising with local schools, councils etc. to promote the company with resource and recruitment opportunities in a professional manner.
- Assisting with both internal and external audits and ensuring qualify standards uplift.
- Carrying out any other reasonable related duties.

**THE PERSON**:

- GCSE Maths & English or equivalent
- Computer literacy
- Strong administration experience in a confidential environment.
- Experience of working in an administrative function.
- Willing to Travel as required for the role to support development within the team and to ensure consistency across the UK company.
