We have a fantastic opportunity as apprentice dog handler within dogs inc ltd.

Job Specification:
Full time apprentice dog handler:
We are looking for a confident and highly motivated individual to join our team with the day to day running of our dog daycare.

This includes handling of dogs, providing enrichment and stimulation and cleaning to a high standard.

We require an enthusiastic and keen person to join us who can work as part of a team and also has initiative to work on their own.

You will be responsible for:

- Supervision of free playing dogs.
- Ensuring the welfare, enrichment and dogs needs are met
- ⁠Taking care of their safety.
- Confident with all sizes and breeds of dog.
- Cleaning of indoor areas, yard, toys, bedding, equipment and dog waste.
- Making and maintaining customer relationships with feedback of their dogs.
- Taking payments, answering telephone calls and making bookings.
- Excellent communication skills are essential

The apprenticeship will be level two and in order to secure funding you should nit have already completed a level 2 funded course in the same area.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship

Pay: £6.40 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

Work Location: In person
