**Role Overview**:
As a Packaging Technologist, you will spearhead packaging projects and drive innovation, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and packaging partners. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Identifying and presenting opportunities for packaging innovation.
- Leading packaging projects across their UK sites, ensuring alignment with product requirements and packing facilities.
- Championing sustainability initiatives across all packaging endeavors.
- Conducting rigorous packaging trials to assess suitability and performance under diverse conditions.
- Collaborating cross-functionally to facilitate seamless project delivery aligned with business objectives.
- Packaging development experience and a strong grasp of packaging components, suppliers, and manufacturing processes.
- Ideally, knowledge of working withing food manufacturing within packaging.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Proactive and creative problem-solving approach.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work to strict deadlines.
