Ground Staff

RoyaleLife is looking for an experienced Groundskeeper to join our team at Dunton Court, Brentwood. As a Groundskeeper you will be keeping our residential development both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

RoyaleLife is a family-owned business with heritage dating back to 1945 who pride ourselves on delivering high quality residential accommodation in some of the most beautiful regions of the UK.

**Responsibilities include, but not limited to**:

- General Gardening duties; preparing grounds for seeding, turfin, shingle, wood chips
- Delivering gas bottles
- Shrub and tree planting, cutting and pruning within the limitations of the tree
- Road sweeping, salting and snow clearance
- Ensuring common areas are free from litter, weeds, leavers, equipment and building materials
- Carrying out minor building repairs and maintenance of company property

**A bit about you**:

- You will hold a full UK driver’s license.
- Previous experience as a Groundskeeper
- Basic understanding of gas, electricity, and water supplies
- Confident and polite manner
