Our client are a market leading technology sales recruitment agency based in Manchester. They are a modern, progressive and mature recruitment agency who don’t micromanage and promote a winner’s high-performance culture and they are now looking to add totheir award-winning team

Due to their market, they work on incredibly high fees making the role extremely lucrative and no day is the same. They’re only a stones throw away from all the bars and restaurants they regularly attend to celebrate a good week.

This opportunity is perfect for either a graduate or someone looking to make a career change, looking to get into recruitment. They will provide a structured 12 week training plan, giving you the platform for a successful career in recruitment. From here,you will be aligned with a team and provided ongoing coaching and development as you grow in the business.

**The Role**:

- Deliver excellent service for our clients and build strong relationships
- 90% of their business is repeat business
- Process management: Managing the full 360° recruitment cycle from first contact until completion. Arranging interviews, feedback management, closing and post-placement follow up
- Market intelligence: Generating leads from interactions with industry professionals and keeping up to date with market news

**Requirements**:

- Recent degree from university or 6 months+ sales experience.
- Confident and outgoing personality.
- Ambitious individuals looking to progress their career quickly.
- Commercially savvy.
- Financially and success driven.
- Inherent competitive nature.
- Great communication skills.
- Resilient, hardworking and persuasive.
