Bodorgan has been the home of the Meyrick family for over 650 years and the Estate today lies at the heart of a community which includes Hall, gardens, Estate Office, Estate employees, contractors, farmers and graziers, Llangadwaladr Church and local residents.

Your new Employer_**
Meyrick Estate Management Ltd. manages the property and business interests of the wider Meyrick Group of which the Bodorgan Estate forms an important part.
You will be based at the Bodorgan Estate Office where you will join a small, busy and friendly team.

Your new role_**
This is a key role which is central to the effective functioning of the overall Estate business.
You will:
- oversee the smooth running of the full spectrum of the processes run by the Estate office and its administrative functions; and
- support the Estate General Manager directly.
**Key responsibilities**
- Provision of administrative support estate and the General Manager
- Provide front of house service to our clients
- The smooth and effective management of Estate Office processes and functions
- Issue lease and licence renewals
- General office administrative duties
- Provision of administrative support for the Meyrick Family and colleagues
- Collation of utility data and recharging
- Overseeing and managing the administration of Health & Safety Records etc.
- Other related duties include but not limited to General Office support including front of house/reception, post, deliveries, general office management.

Experience required_**
- Proven experience of administration or organisation
- Experience of working in the property sector or similar would be invaluable
