At our small chocolate factory based in South Yorkshire, we also fulfill big corporate (commercial) chocolate orders of major UK companies special for their events.

In order to continue to support the business and our long-term strategic plans for the future development we are currently seeking a Chocolate Factory Operative to join our team at a busy manufacturing and educational facility in Barnsley. We are looking for individuals that will have a keen interest in food production along with demonstrating their passion and commitment to working with school children.

**Responsibilities**:

- Running the chocolate tours for groups of children and showing them the process of chocolate manufacturing
- Visiting and working with local schools to promote engineering and STEM
- Produce chocolate bars for the variety of companies
- Sales leads for chocolate bars
- Liaising with printing companies and customers to ensure artwork is correct
- Liaising with the Managing director and Assistant

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a factory or food production environment is advantageous
- Previous experience of working with children is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Full training will be provided.

Salary to be discussed on the interview.
