This role is to provide administrative assistance to the site team and to support the delivery of the QHSE risk management strategy within GWS EMEA Business. Plan and coordinate EHS and quality programs including safety training, site audits, and the implementation of policies.

This QHSE Coordinator role is for the Coordination and Administration duties in support of CBRE compliance with the Clients Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental systems and ensure that all activities within the CBRE Scope are in a state of permanent inspection readiness, while always ensuring the CBRE site team operate within the policies of CBRE and the client.

**Key Tasks**:

- Support CBRE Site Lead with monthly protocol audits including statutory compliance and quality control of documentation.
- Admin review of completed High Risk work permits for accuracy and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) compliance.
- Regular admin review and audit of CBRE permit books and LOTO stations.
- Administration and coordination of CBRE Risk Assessments and Method Statements and COSHH assessments.
- Administration of Contractor Management system.
- Support the team with audits to ensure that CBRE are Audit Ready at all times. To be accountable for Coordinating internal and external audit and statutory inspections and ensuring internal monitoring and audits are undertaken. Creation and tracking of action plan arising from such audits.
- Coordinate with team to ensure contractor management system is compliant, to include administration of Job Packs, pre-work including RAMs, contractor onboarding, training records and compliance with site standards.
- Support client relationships at operational level to provide performance assurances. And enhance CBRE’s operational Health and Safety standing.
- Administrative point of contact as site Interface between CBRE site team and Client site Quality and EHS Departments.
- Monthly capturing of Quality and EHS metrics.
- Ensuring CBRE processes and procedures are aligned with site requirements.
- Ensure training matrix for team is updated regularly ensuring everyone is compliant with training - seek support from the relevant line manager for training requirements.
- Assist with PPE records ensuring this is maintained and updated.
- Ensure logbooks are up to date and compliant.

**Person Specification**
- Relevant experience with QHSE processes or Qualifications.
- Experience with working in an Industrial site or fast-paced working environment
- IT literate with strong experience of working with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint software.
