**Job title**:Early Careers Co-Ordinator - FTC (Maternity Cover - 9 Months)

**Location**:Scotstoun, Glasgow.

**Salary**: Circa £33,000

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Lead on co-ordination of learner registration, progress monitoring, certification activity and internal/external meetings
- Lead additional activities e.g., recruitment process, induction process and internal/external celebration events
- Analyse and update Management Information Systems and reports to support the Early Careers & Skills programmes
- The purpose of the role is to co-ordinate the support and administrative activities of the Early Careers & Skills programmes
- Responsible for meeting service delivery contractual requirements, including those of funding and awarding bodies, by ensuring data governance and system processes are in place

- Broad understanding of the Early Careers & Skills business operation
- A professional with a track record of occupational competence
- Competent IT Skills across all Microsoft programmes
