Tenby United RFC Hospitality Co-ordinator

Tenby United RFC wish to appoint a Hospitality Co-ordinator to oversee the co ordination of their hospitality facilities; to include:

- The clubhouse, upper frog street
- The cross bar, Heywood Lane
- The cabin, Heywood Lane

Reporting to the Chairman & Committee the person appointed is expected to ensure excellent coordination of facilities ready for use on match days and throughout the week.

The Hospitality Co-ordinator will have:

- Strong organisational skills
- Have a can do attitude
- Be able to co-ordinate staff in a safe and effective manner
- Ensure excellent customer skills

Responsibilities include
- coordinating a small team of staff
- the auditing and ordering of dry and wet stock.
- ensuring that the premises are well maintained.
- proactively seeking opportunities to maximise use of the facilities
- Planning and coordination of functions
- Planning and coordination of tasks e.g ordering players food on a match day, arranging buffets for functions

**Salary**: £15,000.00-£100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Tenby: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
