Description:
We are currently seeking a Call Centre Advisor to join our client, based in Bletchley.

The role is temporary until 31 March 2024, with the opportunity of going permanent.

You will be making calls to customer and agreeing times for the technician to go out and service equipment that is on site within private properties or care homes.

Once the appointments are booked you will be updating the system and booking in with the technicians, arranging their routes.

You will have to be empathetic as some of the calls could be a bit tough, but you will be making repeat calls and dealing with repeat customers.

This role is full-time in the office; Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm.

Pay rate is £11.11 per hour

An enhanced DBS check will need to be completed
