This is a Monday - Friday - **Permanent** position - Office based in Cookstown - potential options for Hybrid but mainly in-office.

**You will be proficient in**:

- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Create engaging content for marketing materials, such as videos, brochures, flyers, and newsletters.
- Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic and social media engagement, to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Assist with the organisation of company attendance at Trade shows, exhibitions, corporate hospitality events etc.
- Assist with Pre-qualification and Tender submissions to support the business development plans.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing.

- Relevant experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using various marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, CRM, and social media management platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
