This is a role for a Welcome Host, someone who is committed, enthusiastic and takes great pride in their work. We are looking to appoint someone with a friendly disposition who is confident in dealing with customers whilst striving to deliver exceptional levels of customer care and service at all time in this front-of-house role.

We are looking for motivated individuals who will be dedicated to shaping the customer experience within our stores.

**What you’ll be responsible for**: Helping to build the next-generation Boundary Outlet Experience
- Meet and greet all visitors to the store with a warm and friendly welcome
- Delivering outstanding customer service at all times
- Confidence to deal diplomatically, politely and courteously with the general public, staff, managers and our security team
- Observant, flexible and friendly positive attitude
- Duties will include complaint handling and dealing with general enquiries in a friendly and efficient manner
- Committed and vigilant, previous experience of retail security is desirable
- Recognising the importance of always achieving high standards of appearance, performance and professionalism.
