What you’ll do

The role of the Care Coordinator/Quality Supervisor is to support the Service Manager, the people we support and the teams to design, deliver, maintain and develop exceptional person led support packages. You will line manage care workers, including some field based work, carrying out a range of functions including the assessment and review of individual services and the practical supervision, instruction and support of care workers. Carry out agreed auditing and quality checks, and completing Service User Risk Assessments. Due to the field based elements of the role you must be a driver with your own vehicle.

What you need

You will need to be an efficient, organised care worker with at least 2 years’ experience and SVQ level 3. You will also have experience of writing support plans and risk assessments. You will be passionate about providing the best in community care, thrive on managing your rota’s to an impeccable standard and take pride in building relationships with your care workers.
