**Key duties and responsibilities**

As Eight’s Front-of-House and business development executive, you'll be the heartbeat of our Totton location, offering a warm welcome to all who walk through our doors. This role is tailor-made for someone who thrives on interaction, excels in a dynamic environment, and possesses a flair for turning every greeting into a potential new business relationship.

**Who we are looking for**:
A welcoming, personable individual with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Someone with a knack for organization, able to manage multiple tasks with grace and efficiency.

A team player who’s eager to support both our front-of-house operations and broader marketing efforts.

Previous experience in reception, customer service, or a similar role is advantageous, particularly within the financial services or related sectors.
